Cities Ranked By Rent

–Happy Valley, OR moved up one spot to become the most expensive city in the metro with rent growing $70 to $1,400.
–Lake Oswego, OR saw rent climb $40 to $1,360 and up one position to rank as the second priciest city.
–Portland, Oregon dropped two spots to become third with one bedrooms priced at $1,350.

–Forest Grove, OR remained the most affordable city with rent at $1,020.
–Milwaukie, OR rent grew $10 to $1,070 but continued to rank as the second least expensive.
–Gresham & Oregon City, OR tied for third with rents both at $1,100.
Growth Rate
