–West Linn, OR was the most expensive city to rent with one bedrooms priced at $1,450.
–Portland, Oregon came ahead of Hillsboro and become the second priciest city with rent at $1,390.
–Hillsboro, OR ranked as third with one bedrooms priced at $1,300.

–Forest Grove, OR had the most affordable rent in the metro at $900.
–Milwaukie, OR was the second least expensive with one bedrooms priced at $990.
–Oregon City, OR, close behind, ranked as third with rent at $1,000.
