–Portland, Oregon jumped back to first with rent growing $10 to $1,360 last month.
–Happy Valley, OR followed closely behind as second with rent at $1,350.
–Lake Oswego, OR moved a spot down to third with one bedrooms falling $30 to $1,330.

–Forest Grove, OR remained the most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $1,020.
–Milwaukie, OR saw rent drop $20 to $1,050 but continue to rank as the second least expensive city.
–Oregon City, OR was third with rent at $1,100.
