Cities Ranked By Rent

–Happy Valley & Lake Oswego, OR outpaced Portland to tie for the most expensive city with rents both at $1,390.
–Portland, Oregon dropped to third with rent falling $10 to $1,350.
–Hillsboro, OR was fourth with rent at $1,270.

–Forest Grove, OR remained the most affordable city with rent at $1,020.
–Milwaukie, OR continued to rank as the second least expensive with one bedrooms priced at $1,050.
–Gresham, OR fell two spots to become the third with rent falling $60 to $1,080.
