Venice ($2,930), Westwood ($2,800), and Marina del Rey ($2,695) followed closely behind that as the next priciest rental areas. Moving closer to the center of the city, Pico Union ($1,275), UNNC ($1,300), and Macarthur Park ($1,325) were more affordable options for less than $1,350 a month.
