Cities Ranked By Rent
Le plus cher
–Santa Monica, CA was the most expensive city with one bedrooms priced at $3,500.
–Glendale, CA saw rent drop $80 to $2,300 but remain the second priciest city.
–Los Angeles, Californie stayed as third, though rent grew $20 to $2,230.

–Pomona, CA continued to rank as the most affordable with rent at $1,310.
–Lynwood, CA ranked as the second least expensive with one bedrooms priced at $1,350.
–Bellflower, CA saw rent drop $40 to $1,400 but remain third.
Growth Rate

–Downey, CA followed closely behind with rent climbing 10.7%.
