The Most Expensive
- Coppell ranked as the most expensive city with one-bedrooms priced at $1,730.
- Frisco was the second priciest with rent at $1,640.
- Richardson ranked third with rent at $1,580.
The Least Expensive
- Stephenville was the most affordable city with one-bedrooms priced at $850.
- Benbrook the second least expensive with rent at $1,040.
- Cleburne ranked as third with rent at $1,060.

The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
- Weatherford & Stephenville had the fastest growing rents, both up 6.3% since this time last year.
- Garland saw rent climb 5.5%, making it the second fastest growing.
- Dallas was third with rent increasing 5.1%.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
- Cleburne had the largest monthly growth rate, up 6%.
- Lewisville was second with rent climbing 2.2%.
- Bedford ranked as third with rent increasing 1.8% last month.
