The Most Expensive
- Cambridge, MA ranked as the most expensive city with one-bedrooms priced at $3,030.
- Brookline, MA was the second priciest with rent at $2,980.
- Boston, Massachusetts ranked as third with rent at $2,850.
The Least Expensive
- Brockton, MA was the most affordable city with one-bedrooms priced at $1,700.
- Manchester, MA ranked as the second least expensive with rent at $1,740.
- Worcester, MA & Dover, MA tied for third with rents both priced at $1,800.

The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
- Lawrence, MA had the fastest growing rent, up 25.9% since this time last year.
- Waltham, MA saw rent climb 23.2%, making it the second fastest growing.
- Framingham, MA was third with rent increasing 17.6%.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
- Somerville, MA had the largest monthly rent price growth rate, up 5.9%.
- Everett, MA was second with rent climbing 5.2%.
- Portsmouth, NH ranked as third with rent increasing 3.9% last month.
