Austin Metro Report: November 2018

The Zumper Austin Metro Report analyzed active listings in October across 13 metro cities to show the most and least expensive cities and cities with the fastest growing rents. The state median one bedroom rent was $933 last month.

The Most Expensive

Austin, TX was the most expensive city with one bedrooms priced at $1,210.

Brushy Creek, TX ranked as second with rent at $1,110.

Cedar Park, TX followed closely behind as third with rent at $1,100.

The Least Expensive

San Marcos, TX continued to rank as the most affordable city with rent at $890.

Wells Branch, TX one bedrooms were priced at $930, making it the second least expensive city.

Jollyville, TX was third with rent at $960.
