Cities Ranked By Rent
Le plus cher
–Brushy Creek, TX continued to rank as the most expensive city with rent at $1,180.
–Austin, TX followed closely behind as second with one bedrooms priced at $1,170.
–Leander, TX moved up one spot to regain its position as third with rent growing $40 to $1,120.

–San Marcos, TX rent dropped $10 to $880 and remained the most affordable in the metro.
–Wells Branch, TX was second with rent at $910.
–Jollyville, TX continued to rank as third, though rent dropped $20 to $950 last month.
