Cities Ranked By Rent

Le plus cher
–Austin, TX saw rent increase $10 to $1,180 but remain the most expensive city in the metro.
–Brushy Creek, TX rent dropped $60 to $1,100 but stayed the second priciest.
–Georgetown, TX moved up one spot, outpacing Cedar Park, to become the 3rd most expensive city with one bedrooms priced at $1,060.

–Wells Branch, TX moved down a spot to become the most affordable city with rent falling $30 to $890.
–San Marcos, TX rent climbed a spot to rank as the the second least expensive with one bedrooms growing $20 to $900.
–Kyle, TX was third with rent at $980.

–Buda, TX had the largest year over year growth rate, up 5.1%.
–Georgetown, TX one bedroom rent climbed 5% since this time last year, making it the second fastest growing. However, two bedroom rent here had an even larger year over year growth rate, jumping 9.8%.
