–Austin, TX one bedroom rent was priced at $1,180 last month, making it the most expensive in the metro.
–Brushy Creek, TX outpaced Leander and Cedar Park to rank as the second most expensive city with rent at $1,130.
–Leander, TX followed closely behind as third with rent at $1,120.

–San Marcos, TX remained the most affordable city with rent at $900.
–Kyle & Wells Branch, TX tied for the second least expensive city with prices both at $960.
–Jollyville, TX ranked as third with one bedrooms priced at $990.
