Cities Ranked By Rent
Le plus cher
–Austin, TX moved up one spot, outpacing Brushy Creek, to rank as the most expensive city with rent at $1,180.
–Brushy Creek & Leander, TX tied for second with prices both at $1,130.
–Georgetown, TX rose one spot to third with one bedrooms priced at $1,090.

–Wells Branch, TX moved down a spot to become the most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $910.
–San Marcos, TX rent climbed grew $40, settling at $920, and up one spot to rank as second least expensive.
–Jollyville, TX remained third with rent at $960.

–Georgetown, TX rent had the second largest year over year growth rate, climbing 10.1%.
