–Austin, TX rent dropped $50 to $1,170 but continued to rank as the most expensive in the metro.
–Brushy Creek, TX remained the second priciest with one bedrooms priced at $1,160.
–Cedar Park, TX was third, though rent in this city dropped $40 to $1,060.

–San Marcos, TX stayed the most affordable city with rent at $890.
–Wells Branch, TX saw rent drop $50 to $920 but remained the second most affordable city.
–Kyle, TX ranked as third with rent decreasing $20 to $960.
Growth Rate
