Cities Ranked By Rent

–Austin, TX rent grew $10 to $1,200 but continued to rank as the most expensive in the metro.
–Brushy Creek, TX moved up 3 spots to rank as the second priciest city with rent growing $30 to $1,130.
–Georgetown, TX dropped to third with rent falling $40 to $1,150.

–San Marcos, TX remained the most affordable city with rent at $890.
–Wells Branch, TX saw rent grow $30 to $960 but remain the second least expensive.
–Jollyville, TX was third with one bedrooms priced at $980.
