–Alpharetta, GA was the next priciest city with rent at $1,330.
–Dunwoody, GA saw rent drop $10 to $1,280 and rank as the fourth priciest city.

–Gainesville, GA remained the most affordable city with rent at $900.
–Norcross, GA ranked as the second least expensive city with one bedrooms priced at $940.
–Newnan, GA stayed as third with rent at $1,020.
