We have been living in this community for more than 4 years and now and love it here.
Units are quite spacious, patio is right sized , appliances are new, common areas and amenities are maintained well. Maintenance team (Jose and Jorge) lives on premises itself and are quite prompt for any service requests.
Special thanks to Kristin who is leasing manager at The Pointe - she is great at her job - she is prompt to response to emails/ phone calls and you can be assured about smooth onboarding, lease renewal while she being in charge. Thanks!

I like our complex due to many reasons: first, unbeatable location in the area, second - their maintenance - to fix things, they maintain landscape and poll also very well, plus, for me, the back office was really helpful.
This year I was up for a renewals, Kristin K helped me a ton with my lease, rates, and making sure all things are put together properly! Thank you so much, i really appreciate the extra effort!

The maintenance team is very good. I always appreciate Jose and Jorge. Whenever I make a request, they come immediately and the problem is solved on the same day. In case of emergency requests, the maintenance team is always at my house within 30 minutes and solves the problem, which is very helpful.
This is the first community when we moved to the Bay Area and I live here for more than three years. There are a lot of advantages to live in this community. And I just list several here based on my personal experience.
1. Good floor plan for family life. No matter 2 bedrooms with an open space or 3 bedrooms, every room has a window with good light and fresh air. Living room, dinner room and kitchen are big enough for a family with kids. I know some families here have three kids. And they also provide a small yard so that you can plant something you like.
2. Very good maintenance service. No matter what is broken in your house, maintenance team will respond and solve the problems within 24 hours. Sometime they need to purchase from external vendors, but they will keep you staying tuned. They even replaced the old window and door to the yard for free.
3. Perfect location. 10 minutes walk to LP Collins elementary school and Lawson middle school, which are both very good schools. Convenient to go in&out 280 high way but most houses are pretty quiet. Very close to groceries like target, while food, range 99, trade Joe, and lots of good restaurants in Cupertino.
The only concern is something happened recently about the safety. Some neighbors’ car wheels were stolen at night or maybe early morning. But I think management team has capability to solve this issue.
In general, this is a good place to live, especially for the families with young kids. You can make new friends very quickly through your kids.
Wonderful place to live, we are always looking the best for our kids! we are so happy, is like a family, the best schools in Cupertino district so close you can even walk with your kids, the management respond very quickly to our needs is a beautiful experience having someone to help us a lot, thank you so much!

I've been living here over two years. This community has an excellent management team. Whenever I have something broken, they always resolved the issue within 24 hours. Most of the time, I filed the ticket in the morning, and the management team came to my home to fix the things in the afternoon. They are the most efficient team I have ever met.
And recently we have some security issues. Some of my friends' cars wheels are stolen. However, I am satisfied with how they handled the problems. Our community manager responded very fast. After we reported the issues, they hired the patrol security guards within 1-2 weeks. Those guards come during the nights. I already encountered them several times. Sometimes is in the early evening, sometimes is in the mid-night. The manage team also actively helped us to communicate with the insurance company, so we can get compensation from them.
Is there an apartment in the Cupertino area with good elementary, middle, and high school districts and such good facilities? We toured several houses while looking for a rental in this area a month ago. The similar or more expensive houses in the surrounding area were either too old, had no air conditioning, or the houses felt very cold. While continuing to look for a house, I came across Pointe Apartments and we signed a contract right away. The contract for our previous house in Sunnyvale had one month remaining, but we liked this house so much that we signed the contract right away. As we moved leisurely for a month, we became increasingly satisfied with our choice.
I decided to move from the house I lived in in Sunnyvale for 2 years because of the school district for my youngest child's elementary school. First of all, I liked the elementary, middle, and high school districts. Even though it was April and May in my previous house, it was still cool and chilly, but this place is cozy and comfortable. It was warm, and although the weather did not get hot until the end of May, it was not too hot and, above all, the air conditioning and heating facilities were good. And the most attractive thing is that there is a basketball facility and a swimming pool that the older children can enjoy, and a playground that the youngest enjoys. I also used the swimming pool once, and the water as well as the surrounding landscaping were clean and well maintained.
I feel a sense of stability while walking with my children while enjoying the pretty flowers and trees everywhere. The most important thing is that the system from contract to move-in was well implemented in a modern way, and when I sent an email with any questions, they always responded kindly and provided assistance. In addition, I was able to frequently confirm that the managers took good care of the landscaping and surrounding facilities. I saw children scribbling with chalk on the playground for two days, and I was really impressed to see that they cleaned it up the next day for two days. My husband and children are very satisfied with this house.
Really excited to live here!
We just toured the property and signed a lease.
