We have been living in this community for more than 4 years and now and love it here. Units are quite spacious, patio is right sized , appliances are new, common areas and amenities are maintained well. Maintenance team (Jose and Jorge) lives on premises itself and are quite prompt for any service requests. Special thanks to Kristin who is leasing manager at The Pointe - she is great at her job - she is prompt to response to emails/ phone calls and you can be assured about smooth onboarding, lease renewal while she being in charge. Thanks!

I like our complex due to many reasons: first, unbeatable location in the area, second - their maintenance - to fix things, they maintain landscape and poll also very well, plus, for me, the back office was really helpful. This year I was up for a renewals, Kristin K helped me a ton with my lease, rates, and making sure all things are put together properly! Thank you so much, i really appreciate the extra effort!

Is there an apartment in the Cupertino area with good elementary, middle, and high school districts and such good facilities? We toured several houses while looking for a rental in this area a month ago. The similar or more expensive houses in the surrounding area were either too old, had no air conditioning, or the houses felt very cold. While continuing to look for a house, I came across Pointe Apartments and we signed a contract right away. The contract for our previous house in Sunnyvale had one month remaining, but we liked this house so much that we signed the contract right away. As we moved leisurely for a month, we became increasingly satisfied with our choice. I decided to move from the house I lived in in Sunnyvale for 2 years because of the school district for my youngest child's elementary school. First of all, I liked the elementary, middle, and high school districts. Even though it was April and May in my previous house, it was still cool and chilly, but this place is cozy and comfortable. It was warm, and although the weather did not get hot until the end of May, it was not too hot and, above all, the air conditioning and heating facilities were good. And the most attractive thing is that there is a basketball facility and a swimming pool that the older children can enjoy, and a playground that the youngest enjoys. I also used the swimming pool once, and the water as well as the surrounding landscaping were clean and well maintained. I feel a sense of stability while walking with my children while enjoying the pretty flowers and trees everywhere. The most important thing is that the system from contract to move-in was well implemented in a modern way, and when I sent an email with any questions, they always responded kindly and provided assistance. In addition, I was able to frequently confirm that the managers took good care of the landscaping and surrounding facilities. I saw children scribbling with chalk on the playground for two days, and I was really impressed to see that they cleaned it up the next day for two days. My husband and children are very satisfied with this house.
