My partner and I recently moved to Santa Cruz and have been on the hunt for a new apartment. After a friend referred us to the Chestnut St. complex, I reached out to talk on the phone with the property manager, Daniela. She was very kind and answered all our questions promptly. We were invited to come meet her in person and tour the complex. Luckily we were satisfied with the apartments and even more excited that they are located near the beach.
