Update: I brought up a noise complaint to the management office and expressed my desires to move to a top floor unit. Ms.Diya addressed the issue with my upstairs neighbors quickly and her and Ms.Ashley both kept an eye out for an opening on the 5th Floor. Once a unit came available, I was able to transfer units the very next week and it was a very smooth process - there was even a flower and a card waiting for me on the kitchen island. I’ve also noticed reminders to mindful of noise levels in the community emails. I couldn’t ask for better support from the leasing office, their customer service greatly exceeding my expectations and set the bar high for those I do business with in the future. I am enjoying my new unit very much and would happily recommend these apartments to anyone!

I’m living here for the past 6 months, and it’s been the best place I ever lived. Beautiful place, the maintenance is good. They keep it clean, the lobby is so comfortable and the design. Beautiful!!! . The gym and the play areas, very organized, friendly neighbors and my dog is welcome here. I love it!! 🥰
