Yasmina is always very professional and knowledgeable. Not to mention she has such a great personality I highly recommend asking for her. My apartment is spacious and the amenities are clean. The gym is opened 24/7 which is convenient for me since I am an athlete. All around 10/10 service!

I've lived at Rivergate since 2020 and I still really love it. The location is perfect for me and I love the amenities (pool room, rooftop, etc.) The maintenance crew has always been super responsive and I have never had an issue as far as maintenance. Parking used to be difficult sometimes if you didn't get home super early, but they moved where the visitor lot is and now there is much more parking for residents. I never have a problem with it. Yasmina and LaTonya in the front office are really great. Yasmina has always been super helpful and responsive anytime I need to go to the office for anything. She has not only helped out on the spot, but she is super responsive if she is busy. There is a separate package room for mail, but sometimes packages don't always end up there, but not by fault of leasing office (Amazon delivery sometimes leaves in the letter mailroom). I personally have not had any issues. I totally recommend this complex.
