I've been living here for about a year now and it has been a terrific experience! We spoke with Cassidy when looking at units and had a wonderful experience with her. We feel she did a great job at finding us a unit that we love while staying within our budget! The staff here is responsive, maintenance requests are quickly addressed, the building itself is beautiful, the amenities are well-upkept, and everyone is incredibly friendly. The units are also very well insulated against noise. I can rarely, if ever, hear my neighbors and the traffic outside is largely inaudible. The area is very nice and there are tons of awesome restaurants and grocery stores in walking distance. Also very nice is the private parking garage under the building which keeps your car sheltered and dry on a rainy/snowy day. If you're looking for a place to live, I feel this is better than all the other competition.

I moved in a couple months ago and definitely made the right choice living here. I have enjoyed the convenient proximity to work but also to the abundance of shops and eateries in the location. The apartment complex amenities are also top notch including the concierge services, coffee bar, gym, and lounge areas. The concierge and maintenance staff have been polite, professional, and responsive ( I very minor maintenance issue was addressed and resolved within a handful of hours). Cassidy from Property Management/Leasing Office has been great in terms of her communication and follow up regarding any questions or concerns.
