We just moved to Avalon Saugus and are very happy with our decision! The premises are beautifully maintained, we found our apartment to be exactly as advertised in the website, and the surrounding area is lovely. The leasing office, and Christine in particular, have truly been wonderful. Christine was honest, kind, and attentive. She puts a lot of effort into the building and its residents, and we really appreciate it!

So far so good!! We moved in over the weekend and everything has been great so far! Everyone is very kind, I feel very safe, and there are a lot of dogs here (which I love) for my pup to make friends! We had our tour with Christine and she was amazing. Such a kind woman and helped us with all of our questions/concerns. I will update my review if anything changes, but as of right now, everything has been amazing and this place is like a dream! 10/10 would recommend :-)
