Casa del Sol was a wonderful place to call home! I love that the lease terms are customizable, it made things really easy for me since I'm a student. The location is also perfect!! Easy walking distance to both Bryn Mawr and Ardmore and only 1-2 blocks from the train, so it's perfect if you don't drive. There are many washers and dryers so I never worried about my clothes being thrown on the floor if I was a few minutes late. The staff is also very kind and helpful! Would definitely be staying here longer if I didn't have to move back to NYC for school :)

Lovely historic building with great bones and architectural details! Such a convenient location just across from the Haverford Train Station. I had one of the SMALLEST studios offered and was scared it wouldn't be enough space, but once all my furniture was moved in and fit just right, it appeared so much larger and ended up being just enough space for me! The building has also just undergone numerous renovations, unfortunately in my final month of residing there, but it looks great! It now has the best of both worlds being an old and historic building, with all the modern and up to date conveniences and touches of today. I also love that this building has a garage and I opted for the additional cost for a spot in the garage. The elevator in the building is very old and antiquated and is both a beauty and has such charm of the past, yet can be a bit of a pain when lugging things in and out. The entire staff are very personable and friendly, as well as responsive in a timely manner. I truly enjoyed my stay here and it was bittersweet moving out.
