Me and my wife moved into Royal Farms a couple of days ago and I have to say that I am extremely impressed with the ease of which we were able to move in. The apartment was clean and any issues that we had were promptly addressed. Obviously, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a home in Cottonwood heights!

Royal Farms is a total sanctuary; it's right off Exit 8 in Cottonwood Heights but the way they have arranged the buildings and put in beautiful rushing water features, you'd never know it. It is the most peaceful apartment setting I have ever been in. My bedroom window overlooked Royal Farm Drive, the main street going through the complex. They have a hot tub, pool, two gyms, gathering area, duck pond with waterfalls, volleyball pit, and every apartment has a balcony to enjoy. They are great with salting and plowing in the winter and with landscaping in the summertime. Seriously, if I could live there forever I would!!! Maintenance is SUPER fast, the office staff is amazing, and you feel like you're out in the countryside even though you're down the street from Ft. Union's busy storefronts. the 3 years I spent at RF were wonderful and I can't recommend them enough!
