Nice place

Extensive mold in lowest floors, possibly due to boiler leaks. This itself would be remediable if the management company (Concept Property Management) fixed things, but for me Concept never mold-tested and ignored pressing repairs (large hole they had cut in ceiling to stop a leak that was blossoming mold, lights that had burned out in hallway that also had a leak and mold growth in hallway, etc) for over a year. Based on a survey of other inhabitants, repairs consistently seemed to only occur when tenants left - don't expect anything to be fixed until after your lease ends. In addition, the management company (Concept) misrepresented charges, attempted to impose illegal (extracontractual) responsibilities, or attempted to impose illegal charges on numerous occasions. Again, from a survey of other inhabitants, this appears to be their standard operating procedure. It's a shame because the apartments would be reasonably nice and affordable if they were properly maintained and managed. As it is, I'd only rent if you're comfortable with the untreated mold (can only confirm this is a thing in the lower floors - upper floors looked nicer on the surface), disrepair, and general sleaziness from Concept Property Management.
