Just moved in here this month. The rent is reasonable for the location and amenities. I like that the gym is open 24 hours and that utilities are included in the rent. The room was pre-furnished, which I loved, and it's definitely spacious for 1-2 people. Meeting Kyle was great and I noticed he always greets everyone which I admire. I do sometimes wish there was more weight lifting equipment in the gym but other than that, this place is definitely a gem in comparison to the other places I've viewed.

I've been living at the Indigo Residence for a month now, and it's been great! The rent is solid for the Newark area, and the apartment is nicely furnished and comfy! Kyle has been awesome—super friendly and helpful with the move-in and showing me around the building! All in all, I’m really happy here. Five stars for sure!
