Off-street parking is available all year long and lots of extra storage space in the basement & garage. $1,395 first month’s rent & $1,395 security deposit are due at lease signing. $20 application fee per adult will be paid by the applicant directly to the background check/credit check company. Maximum of 2 cats allowed (sorry, no dogs). Landlord is responsible for garbage/recycling, lawn maintenance, & snow removal from driveway (renter is responsible for shoveling the walkways and sidewalks).
