Rico, the maintenance person at my complex, is the best! Whenever I have a maintenance request, he is super prompt, efficient, professional, friendly, and gets the job done correctly and efficiently! I don’t usually leave reviews, but my leasing agent, Jacqueline Lee, was EXCEPTIONAL! She made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. The community is beautiful, quiet, and clean, but I felt at home just by her presence alone. Jacqueline, if you see this, thank you so much for your help, patience, professionalism, and efficiency with everything!
I just moved into my apartment at 1160 Hammond and had a great experience overall. Jacqueline Lee, my leasing agent, was amazing! She made everything super easy and stress-free, answering all my questions along the way. The apartment is great, and I'm happy with my choice. Highly recommend to anyone looking for somewhere new to stay in the Atlanta area.

What truly sets Jacqueline apart is her genuine commitment to customer service. She consistently displayed a warm and welcoming attitude, making me feel valued and confident throughout my lease. Her patience, kindness, and willingness to address any questions or concerns are truly remarkable.
Recently, I faced a challenge with obtaining assistance from a third-party vendor. I expressed my concern to Jacqueline, and she took it upon herself to handle the situation. Within a week, the major issue was resolved. I had initially thought there were no viable options and that I would lose out on something of significant value. Jacqueline’s dedication demonstrated what it truly means to be heard and supported.
1160 Hammond is One of my favorite communities in the area! Jacqueline has always been accommodating and an exceptional asset to this property. She cares about the residents and is always coming up with great ideas for resident events, such as gatherings, movie night ideas, pool parties and really finding ways to connect with residents. Making it feel like family! If you’re looking for a new home. You’ve found it because the feeling I get when I’m at 1160 feels like I’m right at home. 😊

Now that I've lived here over 6 months I can leave an honest review. If youre like me you might be concerned about the bad reviews on this place, but let me be the one to tell you that it's really a cool place to stay. Seriously you won't get booted if you register your car. So that's not my issue. They fixed the doors, no I haven't seen any wanderers. I don't like that the pool closes at 8pm but I'm sure the people who live next to it are thankful for that. My car hasn't been broken into (knock on wood) I know stuff like that comes with living in a major city but I'm really appreciative of the fact that they have a courtesy officer. The New Manager Jennifer took over and she is really professional and easy to talk to, she handles things quickly. My leasing agent Don was amazing, she made sure my move in was smooth and anything I need fixed she makes sure it gets addressed and even calls me to make sure I'm happy with the repairs.Jacky and Jordan are super sweet and professional too, you really can't have a bad experience regardless of who you speak to. The prices are unbelievable for the area. So if you're a worry wort like me I'm here to say it's good, no bugs. The events they have every month are pretty cool too. Yeah I'll renew my lease here.

What really stands out to me is the excellent maintenance team. I've had a few minor issues in my apartment, and every time I've submitted a request, the team has been quick to respond and extremely helpful. I want to give a special shout-out to Oshe, Shaun, and Rico—they're all top-notch! Each of them has gone above and beyond to make sure everything in my apartment is working perfectly, and they do it with a friendly, professional attitude. It's comforting to know that if anything goes wrong, I can count on them to fix it fast and with care.
Overall, I highly recommend 1160 Hammond Dr, especially if you're looking for a place where the staff truly cares about the residents.

Just wanted to share my experience with Rico from the maintenance team. He has been absolutely wonderful during the little time that we’ve been here. He’s always helpful, attentive and prompt with responding to any and all maintenance requests. He is also very professional and kind. Rico is an amazing asset to the team here at 1160 Hammond.
