Soaring nine to eleven-foot ceilings, luxury plank floors, and quartz countertops create a sophisticated ambiance to return to. Shaker vanities, linen storage, and custom wine storage are part of all our apartments in Chatham, NJ, with a select few also boasting wine bars, dens, and elegant kitchen islands.

We moved to IVY recently and it was the best decision. We were initially unsure as it was a bit expensive. we love it here. The amenities are top notch, and people are courteous. Mu at concierge. Rene at leasing office and Jeff at maintenance, very nice people to work with, overall its a wonderful place to move in. One con is there is no balcony, but the huge windows makes it up.
