The apartment is great and everything has been above and beyond from what was seen and reviewed during the tour. The apartment is in an unbeatable area with plenty to do and a beautiful scenery. Working with Val was a great experience, very professional and informative about any questions I had, a great person with exception communication, always ready to help you when you needed it. A welcoming person to a welcoming community.

The staff at Baldwin Harbor are truly exceptional, I’d like to shout out Valeria for always being so kind and attentive. Anytime we have had a question or needed help, she is always quick to assist with a smile. It is clear she genuinely cares about the residents. The amenities are top-notch and always well maintained. I also love how the community organizes fun and thoughtful events for the residents from dog parties to Kelly’s Icecream. If you’re looking for a place that not only looks great but has great people, Baldwin Harbor is the place to be!
