Living at Las Kivas has been a great experience so far. The only con is being close to Tramway which can be loud at times. The apartments are fine and the area is nice, but what makes all the difference is the staff. We moved in from out of state, and the property manager Lu was communicative and helpful as we got everything in order to move in. Our apartment has needed some maintenance, and the staff are quick to respond and take care of issues. Lu especially is always incredibly helpful. She is friendly and quick to respond to issues. I’ve been very happy living here.
