Platinum Luxury Apartments was my first home when I lived to Albuquerque and has been the best apartment complex I have ever lived in! Although the facilities itself are nice, the location and price, unmatched, what surprised me the most was the community. This apartment complex is filled with the most welcoming people and the monthly socials are a great way to get to know your neighbors. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a home in an area that really highlights the bets of what Albuquerque has to offer.

I have been living at Platinum for more than a year now and it has been the best experience in term of place (very nice) and, above all, in term of management (awesome). The place is conveniently located in Nob Hill, very close to Central Ave and to shops but at the same time in a quiet street. I cannot be happier for the management: Brooke (the manager of the building) is very responsive and caring; she will do her best to solve problems, make things easier and arrange in a way that you will feel at home. This is very important. A big plus: the view cannot be beaten...
