I would not recommend renting at this apartment. When it came to resigning my lease they had added a clause to the lease agreement that is prohibited under MN statute that specifically targeted my wife who disabled. When we moved out because of this they hit us with $4700 in fees for breaking a lease that was 30 days old. When I let them know that we had moved out because they literally had banned my wife's medication from the apartment the manager, Amanda Yang, ghosted me and turned us over to collections. I intend to file a complaint with the BBB, MN HUD, and MN Depart of Human Rights. Avoid at all costs. Update: Emailed the person who responded about this review. They've completely ignored my email. Terrible business.
