I've been living here for about 4 months and I absolutely love living at Modera Frisco Square! I want to give a personal shout out to the property Manager, Brooke! She has treated me with nothing but respect and she was a big reason why we moved here.
The amenities are top notch (Golf simulator, dog wash, bike room, huge pool, etc.) But 1 thing that stands out is the management team. They are always responsive and very nice.

I recently attended my first ever resident event at my new apartment complex and I have to say I was completely blown away! Andrew & the rest of the leasing staff are truly second to none! The amount of attention to detail and effort put into this event was incredible! The property is well maintained, the amenities are awesome and I really love my unit. All of this to say thank you Modera Frisco Square Team, I am beyond impressed!
I’ve been a resident here for almost a year now and I have genuinely enjoyed my experience here at Modera Frisco Square. The property is gorgeous and the location is great! Most residents I’ve met here are really nice and a lot of people show up to the community events, which is cool.
Most of all, I really love the staff, and I honestly feel bad that some residents are so quick to complain or leave reviews. If you reach out to the office about any issues, they are so helpful and informative. I see most negative reviews are about the alarms, which were fixed a long time ago. It was frustrating, but they sent emails out with explanations each time. Not everything is going to be perfect in an apartment but most people here know that the staff actually cares about everyone’s experience and that matters most and issues never last long.

Such a beautiful place! Maintenance and staff is great. The manager is also very respectful and listens to any concerns you may have. Everyone here makes you feel comfortable and show they want you to have a great living experience.

I had a wonderful experience with Lauren. She assisted me with all my questions and concerns. After my first visit, I came back a second time and Lauren remembered my name and the floor plan we viewed. She was very diligent in helping me make the right decision. I ultimately decided on the townhome and will be moving in soon. Of course some of the reviews are concerning, but I’m stepping out on faith and giving this property a chance.

I have lived at the Modera for a year and recently moved from a two bedroom to a one bedroom apartment. The entire leasing staff did an excellent job of making my transition extremely smooth and efficient. Any questions I had were immediately answered directly by a personal phone call which is so rare in our society today. It truly sets the leasing staff to a higher standard of professional service and efficiency.
