These apartments are not only affordable, but they would cost much more, considering the area. I never have a problem with a maintenance call and being able to have my two pets means a lot to me. You wouldn't believe how modern and clean this place is! Another thing of utmost importance is the friendly attitude of the Manager. She is extremely helpful, considerate and approachable with any problem a tenant may encounter. She has always been there for me and has been very helpful, as she is with others. I have been here for nearly six years and everybody that knows her feels the same, unless, of course, it's a disgruntled tenant, the type that have a problem no matter what you do. I would definitely stop looking after having seen Grandon Village, because it doesn't get any better than this, economically as well as maintenance and management.

My mom has lived in this property for almost 7 years now. Kathryn runs this property with compassion for seniors. She is resourceful, helpful and unbeknownst to me....she runs this entire property (161 units) all by herself. She manages to answer calls, process applications, I'm sure answer hundreds of emails a day, walk units, inspect then, pass inspections, audits, etc all by herself. I must say without her, I could not imagine just one person keeping things going with the same HIGH standard would be. Way to go Kathryn YOU ROCK!! Matt, the Maintenance Supervisor knows how to fix practically everything. I don't remember a time where he was not able to repair a particular issue in my moms apartment. We appreciate the both of you and your incredible dedication to this property! Keep up the excellent work!
