We are within close walking distance to public transportation, Triangle Square, 24 Hour Fitness, Trader Joe's, Mothers Market and a short drive away from Fashion Island & South Coast Metro. The 55, 405, 5 and 22 FWY are also all within close proximity to our community. Newport & Huntington Beach are a short drive from us, with trails from Talbert National Reserve park leading to the Santa Ana river trails and bike trails to the beaches!

Affordable Housing lovely courtyard. Didn't meet any staff. But I believe there's probably a list to get in.
