We rented this apartment without even seeing it. We studied photos online, spoke with the friendly office staff, studied the floor plans...and crossed our fingers we had made a good choice. When we moved in, it was even better than we had hoped. We have now lived here for 4 months and it is still wonderful. We are extremely satisfied with how lovely the entire apartment is and how peaceful and beautiful the views are. In addition, we get immediate responses every time we ask the office and the maintenance team for anything. Everyone we have encountered has been friendly, professional and swift in addressing our needs. We are so happy we chose Boott Mills West and we absolutely recommend it.

I lived here for four years (2015-2019). The apartments are gorgeous and central to downtown Lowell; I regularly walked to shopping, groceries, restaurants, and entertainment. The staff is attentive, communicative, and flexible to your needs. (Due to travel problems, I once had to ask them to take a perishable package into my apartment and unload it into my refrigerator. They did it, no questions asked.) I recommend The Apartments at Boott Mills so highly that I tried to find a co-worker to take my apartment before I left; I wanted my former home to go to someone I knew would love it.
