The Evergreens at Mahan is an established apartment community located in the heart of the ever expanding area of Tallahassee, Florida. Nestled on Riggins Road, The Evergreens at Mahan features amazing recreational facilities to fit your lifestyle. Discover your new home in one of the spacious 1, 2 or 3 bedroom floor plans! We understand that pets are part of the family. That's why your pets are welcome to join our community at Evergreens at Mahan. Pet-screening is a part of the application process for ALL applicants. A welcoming environment is paramount to all of our residents. To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require everyone to complete a pet profile, a "no pet" profile, or request accommodations for an assistance animal. This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability. If you are unable to complete a profile online and need help, please contact your housing provider. Pet-screening registration fee is $30.00 annually.

I've been living here for a couple months and I love it! Whenever I have a problem the staff is super responsive and kind. They help immediately and with a smile. This place is also super pet-friendly which is great! Highly recommend living here!

I was a resident at Evergreen At Mahan Apartment for a period of two years. It was my first time moving across the country and living on my own which was a scary step. However, I felt very safe, secure and happy living at Evergreen. The office staff was always approachable and kind. In time of need everyone was reliable, and from simple things like getting a bulb fixed or as complicated as the AC leakage leading to damage of property, the administrative staff and maintenance staff has always solved the problems promptly. Its gated community with kind and friendly neighbors as well. There is accessibility to a pool, gym, dog park which all adds quality to the stay. The apartment as such is very spacious with enough room for storage. Kitchen is well equipped as well. The valet trash system was one of the highlights.
