My husband and I have lived here since March 2022. Our move in was less than desirable as the tenant before us completely trashed the place and there was a temp agent at the front desk who didn’t know what was going on and maintenance was down a guy. They rectified the issues within a few days (A LOT of work mind you) despite being short staffed. We absolutely love our apartment now and the effort the team put forth to make us happy. Maintenance has been top notch, Mia at the leasing office holds it all together and the newest team members are meshing well. Things have improved and been repaired such as the pool and they are actively working on the garage. Coming from experience myself, vendors that fix these issues always overpromise and underdeliver, leaving the leasing office to be blamed which is unfair. I promise if the people in the office could fix it they would. Remember that things take time to fix and if it were a personal home and not an apartment it wouldn’t be shocking that it took months to remedy. We have a third floor corner apartment in a beautiful area of Lakewood within walking distance to everything. If you don’t want to hear people don’t live in an apartment or only go for top floor if possible. Sure there’s stairs or elevators but you don’t have to deal with the big issues of any apartment anywhere: noise. Between Mia + Maintenance we really couldn’t have a better set up. Thanks team for all you do. I see your late nights at the office sometimes and want you to know your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed

Recently moved in to Trifecta, we felt that the building was well-managed and cared for. The amenities are lovely, the roof deck, gym and pool. The lounge is under renovation, though i am looking forward to when it is open soon. The hallways are clean, modern and I love the light sensors that save electricity when no one is in the hallways. The layout of the main building is quite intelligent, with the center courtyard being a car-park, and the units all facing outwards. We have some minor maintenance issues in the apartment on move-in, though maintenance has been quick to respond and repair. Joshua helped us with the onboarding, he went the extra mile to be clear, courteous and helpful.
