We have no breed restrictions upon an approved pet application. Required Fees - Move-in: application fee - $35 per applicant, deposit - $300, & administration Fee - $150. Monthly: rent - fixed cost dependent on size, move-in date, and lease term, utilities - variable cost dependent on usage and/or bill back. Utility Service Fee: $3.50. Maintenance requests are managed remarkably smoothly by the entire Galtier Towers staff. The team was responsive and efficient when I needed to update my request and the maintenance crew is above professional and helpful. I appreciate how easy is to get issues resolved. Thank you!

I truly enjoyed living in the Galtier Towers. Shauna, Anna and all the staff members were always helpful and easy to communicate with. All of my maintenance requests were completed within a reasonable time and were very professional. Although the pipes bursting this past winter made things pretty difficult, the staff and security personnel did whatever they could to assist, which eased the inconvenience. I definitely recommend looking into renting from here. The location is near a lot of fun places and the skyway access is super convenient.
