Jennifer Shea, at RISE Apartments, I owe you my gratitude, For the warm embrace of my new home, where self love is brewed. There were no Family gathered round the table, or laughter filling the air, Or the aroma of roasted turkey and no feast beyond compare. Just Blessings I can share and memories of this journey made, In this season of gratefulness, let us all not forget to trade. For Jennifer's bounty of kindness that nourishes my wonded soul, And the sympathy in her heart that makes the RISE residents whole. So here's to Jennifer Shea, a beacon of light, In a world that sometimes feels dark and full of fright. This property has a new name under new ownership and management. All I can say is that appears to be a big benefit to those of us who live here. The property is very clean and no apparent noise problem. I have lived here for 16 months and am very impressed with the new staff's efforts to quickly resolve any problems. Just ask for Jennifer and she will take good care of you. Also, their rental rates are very modest compared to others in a very competitive local market. Take a tour and you will be very happy you did so.
