Perfect for young adults, or couples. Food places nearby, 5 minutes from downtown Oceanside and close to the 5. If these apartments were maybe in a different part of Oceanside (safer neighborhood) they'd be legitimate luxury studios / 1bed room apartments. We stayed in one of the renovated 1bed units, and the renovations weren't lazy at all. Some places claim "luxury" and "newly renovated" only to have lazy paint jobs, crooked cabinets, lazy flooring etc. Manzana though had great renovations and spacious patios. It can get very hot during the summer but we fixed that with a portable AC unit. Also, management is GREAT. Edgar is phenomenal and deserves a fat raise. Always responded quickly and never made us wait for repairs or concerns regarding our unit. If we didn't have a growing family, we'd stay. We really enjoyed our time at Manzana.

Great affordable studio, quiet neighborhood. Steve went above and beyond for us. Our apartment manager, Edgar, is a nice guy, easy to talk to and met all of our needs.
