This building is owned by Walker property management. The building is not up to code. The baseboard heat barely works and coin laundry is broken most days. The elevator likes to drop a few inches randomly. Rent is cheap but know what you’re getting into, Walker Property Management will not send maintenance unless harassed to do so. I had a broken stove for 6 months.

Didn’t find out until after I moved in that the building doesn’t have properly functioning central heating 🫠
