These high end finishes are second to none and give you the modern look you have been looking for! Each apartment comes with a full size washer and dryer and a flat screen mounted television. High speed fiber internet is included for an additional $35.00 a month! Enjoy the luxury of your private 1 car garage and South facing Balcony! On site amenities include a high end fitness center with everything you need to have a great workout. We also have a stunning community room that residents can use or rent out for private events. Our pool will make you feel like you are in a high end resort. Who needs vacation when you can have it all right outside your door! Utilities are through the City of Columbia and gas is through Ameren (heat only). With approval, pets require a $125 refundable deposit, $125 non-refundable fee and an additional $25/month pet rent (or $40 for two pets). I've lived at Westbury since it was first opened about 1.5 years ago and have enjoyed it immensely. It is conveniently located and within walking distance of a nice grocery store. The pool is very well maintained and always open during the summer months. The gym is small but very functional. The staff are great and always helpful. Finally, the grounds are clean and quiet. I would highly recommend.

My husband and I love living at The Flats! So much so we resigned our lease for another 2 years while I finish up grad school. The amenities, friendly staff and neighbors, safe, walkable areas, and spacious floor plans are why we love living here. It is a great, quiet area and a nice place to call home 😊
