The apartment tour process with Stephen G was amazing! I had been in touch a few months prior, and when I returned today, he recalled who I was and the priorities in my apartment search. Stephen was personable, authentic and informative. He showed me several great units at the Alexan. He was thorough yet efficient. It was clear he knew the apartment styles and layouts very well. It was also nice to see that he knew the residents well when we ran into people in the hallways!

Felix and Antonio are top notch. The level of commitment and customer satisfaction coming from the maintenance team is unbelievable! Fast & responsive, respectful and great personalities. Really excited we chose this community. Even Stephen & Moleek and Ben I think his name is (the guys in the leasing office). Truly gentleman to the core. Thanks for an awesome experience so far.
