My family and I lived at the Deauville for several years. It is perfectly located in wonderful community. The place was always clean, well managed and maintained, and our years there were some of the best in our lives. Anything that required attention (in both our apartment and the common areas) was always addressed promptly and properly. Unfortunately, we needed a larger apartment, so we moved to one of the GoldOller/Lane4 properties (they have a monopoly on pretty much all other rental properties in the area). Little did we know it would be a dangerous, dirty dump. Total slum. What an unmitigated nightmare that has been! But we will always look back fondly on our time at the Deauville.

A small community with an home feeling. The community is smaller with courtyards set back all over - it feels as if you are "home" from the moment you walk onto the property. The Managment is absolutely fantastic and very caring. The Manager lives here as well - which tells you what a great place it is. I have lived here 3 months and am thrilled! Everything and everyone is so nice and neighborly. Their is not one of my neighbors that I haven't spoken to or that have not spoken to me since the first day we moved in. I love how close we are to all the wonderful shops and restaurants in Prairie Village as well.
