We lived there for 2 years. The offered amneties are great. The dog park is kept up by staff, most residents pick up after their pets. The snow is plowed in the parking lot early, so your commute is convenient. They do salt the ice, but sometimes it is impossible to keep up, 5x's a day; for our convenience a bucket of salt is kept in your hallway all winter, so we can salt also, which I and the others in the building didn't mind doing. Lawn is maintained weekly, dumpsters emptied weekly, laundry rooms are clean w/hallways. Good working air conditioners, nice size rooms. Beautiful pool with nice lounge chairs, work out room, computer room, nice patios, so many perks, more than I can mention. The complex feels like a small community. I think the rent is very reasonable and fair. We had a couple normal issues in the apartment, you call the office, and it is attended too immediately, depending on urgency, but never waited more than one day. Staff is kind and helpful, and monthly dinners are v nice and fun. I would move back there again, along with recommending to others.

The staff here are amazing, accommodating, and friendly. The overall environment is quiet and peaceful but still close to the major areas that you need to go to. The people who live here are also friendly and usually say hi to you. They throw parties at the end of every month and have a lot of activities such as a weight room, computer room, swimming pool, and much more. They give you back your security deposit easily with no questions. I highly recommend!
