I absolutely love these apartments. The property manager is very kind and addresses issues personally. Anytime something needs to be fixed it is done in a timely manner. If there is any issues with other tenants, the property manager is very accommodating and is willing to handle situations if you let them know. The floors in each apartment building are consistently vacuumed and kept clean. Many people scratch the walls while moving in, so they could use a fresh coat of paint, but that would get costly and I understand that it would have to get done often. Each building has its own laundry facilities in secure rooms and each facility has its own package room. Whenever maintenance is being done to the buildings, we get a two week notice to accommodate our lifestyle. They often do many community events including taco trucks, barbecues, and other raffle type things. It is a fantastic apartment for the price. And if something isn't up to your standards, they are more than willing to replace it.
