Recently just moved out after living here for 11 months. I loved living here!! I only moved because I got a new job, but I genuinely would have stayed if my job was closer. Tina, the property manager, is so kind and understanding. Ray, the maintenance man, is always so helpful. They are very attentive to your needs. My washer got stopped up and started leaking, but maintenance came and fixed the issue immediately. The neighborhood is safe, as there is a police station just right across the street. Overall, this place was such a great place to live! If you have the opportunity to live here, definitely do so!

I’ve lived at The Farrington Apartments for about 6 or 7 years, and it’s been a great place to call home. The community is well-maintained, and the management team is always responsive and helpful. Any maintenance requests I’ve had were handled quickly and professionally. The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and major roads. The neighborhood feels safe and welcoming, and the amenities make daily life more enjoyable. Overall, I’ve had a great experience here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-run place to live!
