Lived here for three years and have enjoyed the space! The staff is wonderful, maintenance is very responsive and helpful, and the location is great for access to everything in the Trophy Club/Southlake/Grapevine area. I'm still surprised at how well they know and remember who I am, even though I've rarely interacted with the staff outside of renewing my lease and a few work orders to keep the apartment maintained. They have a wonderful personal touch, and it really feels like home.

I have lived in The Vineyards for a little over two years. My living experience has been very positive. The office staff are friendly and very accommodating. Any maintenance are taken care of in a timely manner. The apartments are a little older than others in the area but are very well well maintained and the rent is very reasonable for the area. I have been very happy at The Vineyards.
